Assemble the file in the order the officer will ask for it
Hypothetical example: the applicant arrives with a folder organised by date rather than by question. Rebuild it around five things: citizenship, the listed profession, the profession-specific credential, approved health-care-worker certification, and prearranged employment. Put the passport on top.
Then use the employer letter to name Registered Nurse, describe the duties, and state salary, location and term. Next include the state or provincial RN licence, or Licenciatura Degree, that satisfies the Appendix entry, followed by the CGFNS or other DHS-approved certification required for a nurse providing health-care services. Put destination-state licensing evidence and education records behind those documents.
Keep copies in Coaldale and with the employer. If Form I-129 is filed, the same core evidence supports the petition.
