Hypothetical example: the hauling company's owner would pay to retain a good driver and asks how to apply on his behalf. The current framework does provide a corporate route, but it does not work like an ordinary employment petition. The corporate sponsor pays the per-employee processing fee and post-vetting gift, while the sponsored employee must still qualify for lawful permanent residence, be admissible, and have an available EB-1 or EB-2 visa.
If approved, the employee receives permanent residence rather than temporary status limited to the hauling job. Citizenship and occupation still matter when comparing other routes: commercial driving is not a TN-listed profession.
